The Olympic program includes two types of sports shooting: a bullet and a stand. And both kinds demand from the sportsman special endurance, concentration, flexibility and clearness of each movement and action. This means that all the details of the training process should be carefully thought out and organized with all the details in mind. It is important to create a special training environment that will help develop the necessary qualities of the shooter and we are doing it!
